Movie-lovers in Delhi had a double delight on Thursday. Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar were in the National capital for one purpose. Both of them were in Delhi to promote their releases - Three Idiots and De Dana Dan.

Aamir will be playing an engineering student along with Madhavan and Sharman Joshi in Three Idiots, directed by by Rajkumar Hirani.

Sporting a college student’s look for the promos in Delhi, Aamir enthusiastically said, 'Since we have worked on an earlier project we get along spontaneously on screen and know what the other person is thinking.'

Loosely based on a Chetan Bhagat’s book, Three Idiots revolves around three friends - Rancho (Aamir Khan), Farhan Qureshi (Madhavan) and Raju (Joshi).

De Dana Dan stars the Herra Pheri trio of Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal. Katrina Kaif plays the female lead. It is a rip-roaring comedy with Akshay at his best. A major part of the film was shot in Singapore

Nitin (Akshay Kumar) and Ram (Suniel Shetty) are only lucky in love, otherwise their life is a big zero as is their bank balance. But now their rich girlfriends, Anjali (Katrina Kaif) and Manpreet (Sameera Reddy) have given them an ultimatum - earn enough money so that we can elope or forget us forever.
