Madhavan seems to be really enjoying his stint in Bollywood. Barring an odd 'Teen Patti' which was an apology of a film and didn't quite succeed in fetching him many brownie points, the actor has experienced a high with films like '3 Idiots' and 'Tanu Weds Manu' and would now be hoping that his yet another film as a solo lead, 'Jodi Breakers', does wonders as well. While one waits to hear what Madhavan has to say about the film, director Ashwini Chaudhary states that 'Jodi Breakers' is much more than just a song-n-dance routine and the film can't be just dependent on that or the cast members.

"You just can't have a mainstream run of the mill film, simple," reasons Ashwini, "You have to be practical enough and think hard that if your film doesn't have Khans in it, why should audience come and watch it? You have to bring in certain freshness in terms of the basic idea and the storyline. To aid that you add good face value in terms of pairing and then sprinkle it with good music. You have to make it an interesting enough package for them to look forward to. Thankfully promos of 'Jodi Breakers' have done the trick; now the onus is on us to justify audience expectations."

We would know once the film releases all over on 24th February.
