The first copy of 'Desamuduru' directed by sensational director Puri Jagannath and produced by Bhagawan and Danayya on the banner of Universal Media with Allu Arjun and Hansika Muthwal in the lead was ready and was submitted for censor certification.

The Censor Board had given U/A certificate for the film which is slated for release on January 12. Allu Aravind is holding the distribution rights for East and West Godavari districts, while his associate 'Bunny' Vasu and Co holds rights for Guntur and Nellore regions.

It may be mentioned here that Allu Arjun is playing a never before role in this film as a MAA TV reporter and the film has a love backdrop and was shot in Himachal Pradesh, wherein the heroine is a sanyasin.

How the hero was able to trap her and won her love is the subject. The audio of the film was already released and remained a chart buster.

The audiences, who were watching the promos on the small screen are sure that the film would be a definite hit.
