If Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak were to go by, having a Facebook account is unwise. The 68-year-old entrepreneur has said that everyone must get off the social media site.
“The benefits of Facebook are worth the loss of privacy to some. But to most people, it's not," he has been quoted as saying.
Contrary to what people think, added Wozniak, we don't have privacy on Facebook. Our data is given to advertizers for use. He suggested that Facebook should come up with a feature that lets them charge money from users so that their privacy will be guarded.
Last year, the Apple co-founder deactivated his Facebook account, saying that it brought him more negatives than positives.
