When the cricket match between Telugu film stars and Tamil actors, scheduled last week at Sharjah was scratched, there was wholesome disappointment.

Every one thought that the match would be a good fun for a good cause. The two teams were to play for the NTR-MGR Memorial Cup.

But after the authorities in Sharjah acted tough and imposed heavy entertainment tax, the match was called off.

But luckily a way has been found out. The think tank of both the industries have sat together and cobbled up a match for the 4th of February. This time the match would be at Chennai.

The Telugu stars are taking the match very seriously. Actors like Tarun, Srikanth (known cricket buffs), are all already practicing.

The team includes Tarun, Srikanth, Taraka Ratna, Kalyan Ram, Dasari Arunkumar, Saikumar, Raghu, Ayyappa Sharma, Jeevi, Udaykiran, Rohit, Ravishankar

The proceeds of the match would go to the welfare of the industry workers.
