'Deivamagan' is back

Joining the long list of old titles like ‘Ayirathil Oruvan’, ‘Nam Nadu’ it is now the turn of Sivaji classic ‘Deivamagan’. Recycling the old Tamil titles has become a fashion statement in Kollywood today.

Interestingly ‘Deivamagan’, featured Sivaji Ganesan in triple roles. Produced by Box Office Company, the movie features a debutant Dev in the lead role. Meera Jasmine plays the heroine.

Directed by Vettri, Deivamagan will go to floors soon. According to Vettri, “it is no remake of the Sivaji classic. It has a gripping storyline sure to entertain masses. Audience love to watch commercial entertainers laced with entertainment. ‘Deivamagan’ would be one such venture which would appease masses”.
