The latest Bollywood superhit URI The surgical strike has not just been doing extraordinary business at the box office,but has also been receiving praises from celebrities and popular people from different walks of the society. The movie, directed by debutant Aditya Dhar and starring Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam has been running to packed houses even after three weeks since release.
The latest to heap praises on URI happens to be none other than the defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman herself. The defence minister had watched URI along with war veterans yesterday at Bengaluru, and tweeted praising the movie and the performances. Besides, she had also posted a video where she's seen repeating the famous line "How's the Josh" from the movie, and the audience screaming "High Sir".
The video went viral across social media platforms, with patriotic responses from public. URI was recently praised by south star Suriya as well, who appreciated the making and actor Vicky Kaushal's performance in the movie. URI has breached the 140 crores mark, and it has been said that the movie based on 2016 surgical strike by Indian army against militants might be remade in Tamil and Telugu soon.
