Seems there is no end for the controversies surrounding Vijay's 'Kaththi'. This film, directed by A.R.Murugadoss, has faced many problems prior to the release.

The film has been received very well by the audiences and is running successfully with record breaking collections. The latest buzz is that a defamation case has been filed against Vijay, Murugadoss and the production company Lyca Productions in Madhurai High Court and the reason is Vijay has uttered a line related to 2G scam in the film.

As per the Indian constituency, one must not stamp anyone as scammers if the court is working on the same. Murugadoss also targeted a major beer brand in the movie.
