Deepika Padukone's homely birthday celebration

  • IndiaGlitz, [Thursday,January 05 2012]

Today B-town’s stunning, tall dimpled beauty will blow an extra candle from her special cake, amidst her family and close friends. Deepika Padukone, who turns 26 today, has planned to celebrate her birthday at her own, new home sweet home. Calling it her ‘dream home’, Deepika says that her new Worli residence is a gift to herself.

While it will be a favourite thing to hog on homely food for the day, sources revealed the diva might also secretly visit Siddhivinayak temple with her parents.

Having three films in hand – ‘Race 2’, ‘Cocktail’ and ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ – Deepika is equally very excited for each of them. While the first two movies will have her ‘Love Aaj Kal’ co-star Saif Ali Khan, the third one is with her ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor. ‘Yeh Jawani’ is the movie which is a favourite among the gossipmongers, given the fact that it brings together the ex-lovers. Keenly looking forward to work with Dharma Productions, Deepika stated to sources that at the same time she is nervous to share the screen with Ranbir, for his fabulous performance in ‘Rockstar’ which will raise expectations as well as competition from the two. However she added to say that there won’t be any space for awkwardness between them since they have been maintaining friendship.

Well, we only hope that this B-town stunner enjoys everything that is happy and nice. And may this year bring her loads of joy and success through her personal and box-office life… All the very best, Deeps! Wishing you a very Happy Birthday!
