Deepika Padukone turns saviour for her fans!

Our gorgeous Deepika Padukone is indeed a star and also a saviour for that matter. The actor was recently spotted in Ahmedabad promoting her much-anticipated film, 'Ram-Leela', and going beyond her way, to make sure things go smoothly.

It so happened, that the security arrangements by Eros for the Ahmedabad city tour weren't up to the mark and it turned out to be not just a damp squib, but extremely dangerous for Deepika. She almost got mobbed and could have been subject to a stampede, endangering her life and the fans' too.

However, as noted on many previous occasions, when stars just walk out due to shoddy security arrangements, Deepika did quite the opposite. In spite of utter chaos all around, Deepika was seen helping a woman with a baby, who was getting squashed by the crowd.

The actor rescued the woman and her baby and took them to the side. Deepika also helped another lady who fell in the midst of the unruly crowd, and ensured her safety. In spite of the sub-standard arrangements, Deepika completed her job, and only then did she leave.

Now that's what is called thorough professionalism. Hard to find in Bollywood, isn't it?
