Ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is known for his periodic dramas. He has brought many epic stories that one can never forget. One such film from 2015 is that of ‘Bajirao Mastani’ starring the amazing trio - Ranveer Singh as Peshwa Bajirao, Deepika Padukone as Mastani and Priyanka Chopra as Kashi Bai in the lead roles.

He was married to his childhood friend, Kashi Bai and had to face a lot of opposition from his family to marry the love of his life, Mastani. The film had won seven National Film Awards, including Best Direction and Best Supporting Actress for Azmi.
