David John Kottaram - A man with a lot of riches, and even more friends in every stature. He is the member of one of the prominent Christian families of Travancore Cochin area. By profession he is a planter. This is the character of Mammootty in his latest movie Nasraani. A youth is destined to enjoy his life to the fullest--this is the philosophy of the planter who himself try to be a youth in all senses.

The film directed by Joshy in the scripts of Renjith has just started its shooting at Kottayam. The film introduces a new music director Bijulal who sets music to the lines by Anil Pachooran.

The film has a big cast including Kalabhavan Mani, Kavya Madhavan, Vimala Raman, Biji Menon, Lalu Alex, Captain Raju and Vijayaraghavan.
