David Billa will clash with Julyai on July 13. Produced by Shobha Rani of SVR Media Pvt. Ltd., this Ajith-starrer is one of biggest Tamil films ever. Made at a huge cost, the film is being released in 1200 theatres in Telugu and Tamil. Shobha Rani has been on record saying that Ajith’s daredevilry and the richness, are the film's major highlights. Technically too, David Billa is a sleek action entertainer. Chakri Tholeti of Eenadu fame is the director.

Yuvan Shankar Raja is the music director, while Parvathi Omanakuttan is the heroine. Meenakshi Deekshit is playing a special role. Veteran actor Prabhu, Bruna Abdullah, Rehman, Sudashu Pandey and others are playing minor roles. Script is by Sarath Mandava, Jaffer Mohammed, Ee. Raa. Murugan.
