As reported by a trade tracker, the three big Sankranthi releases have already finalized their dates. The producers of these biggies have conveyed the dates to distributors informally.

The first one to enter the fray is going to be Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Darbar'. Directed by AR Murugadoss, this one will arrive on January 9, which is a Thursday.

Two days later, on Jan 11, will arrive 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' of Mahesh Babu. A day later, on Jan 12, will come Allu Arjun-Trivikram Srinivas' 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo'. Saturday, followed by Sunday, will see these two most-awaited movies ruling the box-office.

The above dates sound credible. 'Darbar' will have a huge first-mover advantage the coming Sankranthi. As for 'SN', it's better placed compared to the Mega hero's family entertainer.

The final festival release will be 'Entha Manchivaadavuraa', which is coming on Jan 15. This Nandamuri Kalyanram movie is a family entertainer.
