Suseela, the wife of late Dasari Narayana Rao's elder son, Dasari Prabhu, has come out in the open to fight for her share in the property of the late filmmaker-politician. On Monday, she staged a sit-in at the Jubilee Hills residence of Dasari Narayana Rao, demanding that she be given her rightful share.  A few women's organizations from Hyderabad supported her in solidarity.  

As per Suseela, she had married Prabhu (Dasari's elder son) in 1995.  While Dasari supported her and her son when he was alive, after his death, she has been left in the lurch.  Since she has not divorced Prabhu, Suseela says, she deserves a share in the property as per law.  

She claimed that her marriage to Prabhu was registered after 1995.  It was a love marriage.  However, Prabhu is not taking care of her now, she claimed.
