The makers of Pranav Mohanlal's upcoming romantic film ‘Hridayam’ have launched the first song from the movie, as promised on October 25. Even before completing a day since its release, the lovely song titled Darshana has become a chartbuster and netizens are going gaga over it. Hesham Abdul Wahab has composed the song and is sung by the music director himself and Darshana Rajendran who plays the female lead in the movie. “Darshana - our first song.. Leaving it to you guys!!! Hope you all enjoy the song.. Pls use headphones or good quality speakers to have an enhanced listening experience.. ” Vineeth Sreenivasan said, as he launched the song on his social media page. The video has Pranav Mohanlal and Darshana playing as Engineering students. Their onscreen chemistry in the song has already impressed the audience.

Directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, Hridayam will have a total of 15 tracks in it. Interestingly, the team had earlier shared that they will be bringing back audio cassettes and limited edition vinyl records to give a wholesome musical experience to the audience. On Tuesday, Vineeth took to his Facebook handle to pen a note and thank the audience for the overwhelming response. "Thank for so much for the overwhelming response you all have been giving for our song. Darshana was composed in July 2019, in a small studio room in Hesham Abdul Wahab’s house.. I remember the magic I felt when he stood in front of the mic and sang the melody in one go. We waited for almost 2 years and three months for this to come out. A lot of amazing technicians, musicians have worked relentlessly for Hridayam. All of us have just wanted to give people an experience that they would cherish. We are giving this movie, our Hridayam, everything.. pls keep us in prayers.. By God’s grace, the audio cassettes will come in jan, the film will release in Jan. Until then, we ll keep putting bits and pieces of our heart out there!!! ?? Pls use good quality headphones or speakers to listen to Darshana.
