Darshan moves to court

On the proposed encroachment of his house at Ideal Home Colony in Rajarajeshwarinagara, the challenging star of Kannada cinema Darshan has moved to High Court for stopping of such activity. The BBMP in the pretext of Raaja Kaluve' has issued notice from Bengaluru South Tahsildar to vacate the house. This notice is now questioned in High court of Karnataka.
A case on this notice is now in the court. Till the final order an interim order of stay from the court for the demolition and taking possession should be ordered is the urge made to single bench judge AS Abdul Nazir.
The case of Darshan house encroachment is coming up on Tuesday.
