Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Darbar' directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Lyca Productions released over the past weekend has taken over the box office by storm and is on its way to creating records again for the legend.

The total worldwide four-day opening weekend collections of 'Darbar' stands at rupees 128 Crores out of which Rs.44.6 Cr is from TN, 7.2 Crs from Kerala, 11 Crs. from Karnataka, 12 Crs from Andhra and 4 Crores from North India, 

The total overseas collections of 'Darbar' for the past four days is 54 Crores out of which USA & Canada have contributed 14Crs, Europe - 7 Crs, UAE - 11 Crs, Aus - 4 Crs, Singapore - 5 Crs, SL- 5 Crs and  Malaysia - 6 Crs.  This is the eight Rajini film to hit the magical 100 Crores mark at the box office and is the most by any South Indian hero of all times. 

'Darbar' has Rajini and Nayanthara as the lead pair while Yogi Babu, Nivetha Thomas, Prateik Babbar and Sunil Shetty in the cast.  Anirudh Ravichander has scored the music while Santhosh Shivan has handled the camera.
