As per US intelligence reports, North Korea's leader, Kim Jong Un, is in danger following a cardiovascular surgery. While it is difficult to gather information from North Korea, Kim's absence in the celebration of his grandfather's birthday on April 15, has sparked rumours of his health confirm.
Four days before his grandfather's birthday celebration, he was present at a government meeting. On April 11, Kim made an appearance in North Korean state media and on April 15, which happens to be North Korea's important holiday, and the birth anniversary of the country's founding father, Kim Il Sung there was no mention of Kim Jong Un.
After Kim Jong Il's absence in North Korea's 60th anniversary in 2008 also, there were rumours about Kim being in poor health and it was later revealed that he had a stroke, and his health declined gradually followed by his death in 2011. Kim Jong Un wasn't making an appearance for a month in 2014, but came back with a cane, following which it was revealed that a cyst was removed from his ankle.
