Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Aamir Khan, Siddharth Roy Kapoor and Kiran Rao under Walt Disney Pictures, Aamir Khan Productions and UTV Motion Pictures, Dangal has set a new record for the Indian Film Industry!

The movie stars Aamir Khan, Fatima Sana Sheikh and Sanya Malhotra inlead roles and the epic biopic has always received a great acceptance from the audience and the critiques as well.

Recently, the movie was competing with Baahubali 2: The Conclusion in the international market as both scored more than 1000 Crores forth their release.

After expanding the market from India to overseas and especially China, the rise of gross is increased by 22% margin for Dangal and 21% margin for Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.

So, the makers of Dangal expected a turnover of 2000 Crores forth the release in China, however, the movie has ended up grossing 1864.5 Crores since its release in December 2016.

This happens to be the biggest movie in the Indian Film Industry that has scored such great earnings in such a short span.

The makers and the cast of this inspirational biopic are yet to release an official statement on the news.
