The creative director behind the natural and gritty blockbuster movie, Dandupalyam, Srinivas Raju is making a similar movie post the completion of Dandupalyam - 2.

This new crime-thriller is based on the arrest of Kanchi Peetam Swamiji, Shankaracharya Jayendra Saraswati. The director is going to emphasize on the real incidents, controversies, rumors and more that took place surrounding the issue.

Although the case is closed now, the back-story of the case sends shivers don someone`s throat and especially the devotees who believed in the pretentious swami.

The director is going to name this movie as Acharya Arrest` with a tagline An insult to Every Hindu`. Trying to make the movie more relatable from the common man`s point of view and trying to up his game with the same genre yet with a creative touch seems to be his motive as of now.

The movie will be released in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and more.
