he Telugu-Kannada bi-lingual Dandu, directed by Sanjeev Megoti, will hit the screens on July 15. Neeraj Shyam, Sai Kumar, Neha Saxena, Disha, Raghu Babu, Delhi Rajeswari, Tulasi, Sridhar Peddi, Sundar, Gautham Raju and others are part of the cast.

"Dandu is a high-voltage actioner. The film is based on a real-life incident that took place in Adoni. There are seven fights in the movie. One of them is a graveyard fight shot in the midst of 10,000 graves on Sai Kumar and others. Among other fights are included a rain fight and a market yard fight in the backdrop of 10,000 people," the makers say.

The Kannada version of the film, say the makers, has already run for more than 100 days. The Telugu release is a straight one. Nearly a hundred new faces are being introduced.

Sanjeev Megoti has written the screenplay, besides composing the music. Editing is by Sharyani Shiva, Venkatesh, Archana Anand. Cinematography is by Harish SN. Fights are by Satish, Thriller Manju and Shiva.
