'Lakshmi', the dubbed version of the Tamil-language dance film of the same name, stars Prabhu Deva and a girl child artist in key roles. If the former plays a legendary dancer, the latter dons the role of his student. Directed by AL Vijay, the film also stars Ditya Bhande and Aishwarya Rajesh.

Its teaser is out. Featuring no dialogues whatsoever, it presents a series of dance moves of the teacher-student duo. Music is by CS Sam and the cinematography is by Nirav Shah. Trident Arts' R Ravindran and Pramod are bringing the film together.

'Lakshmi' is the third Prabhu Deva film releasing in the coming weeks. On March 23, gear up to watch 'Gulebakavali', also starring Hansika Motwani and Revathi. On April 23, it's time for the silent thriller 'Mercury'.
