The internet has witnessed Lizzo's advocacy for body positivity, but a recent lawsuit filed by three of her dancers has cast a shadow on her inclusive image. The 44-page suit names Lizzo, her production company Big Grrrl Big Touring, and dance team captain Shirlene Quigley, with the most serious allegations leveled against Quigley for forced conversions and sexual misconduct.

Among the accusations made by Crystal Williams, Arianna Davis, and Noelle Rodriguez are claims that Lizzo overworked dancers, fired those who challenged her, and made inappropriate comments about weight. Additionally, Lizzo is accused of coercing a dancer into touching a woman's breast and inviting dancers to a nude cabaret bar without disclosing specifics of the performances.

Shirlene Quigley is accused of trying to convert the dancers to her religion, scolding them for pre-marital sex, and discussing explicit topics.

The lawsuit also mentions an excruciating 12-hour audition after accusing dancers of drinking before performances. Davis claims she was fired after hitting back at Lizzo's assertion and that during the audition, she was given a see-through outfit with no undergarments.

The plaintiffs allege severe emotional distress, physical injuries, and medical expenses as a result of the defendants' conduct.

As of now, neither Lizzo nor her production team have publicly responded to the lawsuit. The developing story awaits further updates as it heads to court.
