'Dammunnodu' deals with the story of a village-born young guy, who stands up and revolts against the weeds of the society. The story deals with how the hero fights against the negative deeds done by the so-called wise men of the society.

This film sees Rishi and Soumya playing the lead characters. At the moment 'Dammunnodu' is in its dubbing phase. Rahuldev, Naazar and Venu Madhav form the other important characters in the film.

The film is being directed by B.V.V.Choudary and produced by A. Raju under the banner of Lachchuram Productions. Vande-Matharam Srinivas is composing music for this film.
