The audio of Damarukam was released amid much fanfare and in the presence of several celebrites, including Nag, Chai, Akhil, Sushanth, Charmme, KRR, VV Vinayak, Bellamkonda Suresh, Veerabhadra Chowdhary, Rajamouli, Chandrabose, SV Krishna Reddy, K Atchi Reddy, Suresh Reddy, Puppala Ramesh, B Jaya, Brahmanandam, Gautham Raju and others.

All the speakers who spoke on the dais spoke in hail of Nag, DSP, and others related to the movie.

Rajamouli said: Usually heroes are in their elements during the starting years of their career. Nagarjuna is eagerly trying different subjects in the middle of his career. DSP's musical style doesn’t need introduction. It is an achievement for him to complete 50 films thus far. Fire Fly, which worked on the graphics of Magadheera, has done work for this film too. Srinivasa Reddy is good in doing comedies as well as a fantasy of this kind.

VV Vinayak said: When I wanted to quit the industry thinking that there was none to help me, Srinivasa Reddy spoke encouraging words to me. I like Nag very much. None has introduced as many new directors as he has.

Srinivasa Reddy said: I thank RR Movie Makers for giving me this prestigious opportunity. Venkat garu gave me all the technicians I had asked for. He compromised nowhere on the budget. After Shirdi Sai, this film will be a celebration for Nag fans. Everybody who have bought the film will earn four times they have invested.

Charmme said: I will only say Sakkubai salam from now onwards. I won’t say Namaskaram as a salutation. Such is the way I am impressed with Devi’s music for my song. I thank the director for giving me this opportunity.

Naga Chaitanya said: After the release of Shirdi Sai, my father said in an interview that he will show his true commercial stamina. That is going to come true for sure. He is on the path of making successes. We all know how music in the combination of DSP and nanna garu would be like. I wish that Damarukam will be a huge hit.

SV Krishna Reddy said: Raghavendra Rao garu showed us the kind of Sai Baba we had yearned to see. Nagarjuna garu is entertaining us with different kinds of cinema. Damarukam will be another amazing hit.

A Maheshwara Reddy said: After Annamayya, Sri Ramadasu and Shirdi Sai, Nagarjuna's position is immortalized in history. Damarukam will be his next big hit.

Bhaskarabhatla said: I am a big fan of Nag garu. I have written a number of songs for him. I have written a melody for him in the movie.

Bellamkonda Suresh said: Damarukam will be like a festival, just as Shirdi Sai has been. This is his first socio-fantasy film. This will be the biggest grosser in Nag's career.

B Jaya said: This will be a big break for Srinivasa Reddy.
