Dalamarmarangal
After 13 years of silence, Film critic and director Vijaya Krishnan is making a come back to cinema. Titled `Dalamaramarangal' his new flick will be an unusual offering from the director which deals with a storyline about the hidden secrets behind an attempted murder.
The movie scripted by the director will be an essay on how three different girls from three different stratas of society try to overcome the odds posed against their existence. The movie will deal with the attempted murder of Aswathy, a textile shop employee who lives with a sick, bedridden mother. The havoc breaks loose as her mother attempts to search for Induseksharan, who is actually the illegitimate father of Aswathy. Indusekharan lives with his daughter Rohini who is amidst riches, but find solace in a poor lover to get out of her depression.
One day Rohini elopes with her lover but finds herself being trapped by the hoodlums send by her father. She is now at the verge of a suicide. Meanwhile Indusekharan also decides to clear off Aswathy and her mother and their stories from his life and engage another professional killer for the deed. Karthika who is the only daughter of this professional killer, played by Saikumar, finds amidst this dealing that, though her father has bestowed lots of love and affection upon her, he was always making money through this wrong path.
And now the three girls find themselves in varying situations where they must rise above the odds to avoid the looming danger and a death call. The storylines will bring out the message that love is the only antidote to violence.
Featuring Vinu Mohan, Saikumar, Indrans, Kochupreman and Meghanathan in key roles, Shruthy Lakshmi, Nirmisha and Soorya Mohan appear as the three lead female protagonists of the movie. While Kannan is in charge of the camera, Jaychandra Krishna will handle the editing department. M G Anil and Mohan Sithara tunes the songs of the film.
