Dakota Johnson handled a wardrobe malfunction on Jimmy Kimmel Live with grace. Her gold-accented black dress strap fell undone on June 19 while discussing her current film, Daddio. Jimmy Kimmel said, Your dress just came unhooked. Are you okay? Should I buy Scotch tape?

Johnson, 34, placed the dress back without revealing too much, but she had to carry it for the rest of the interview. She promoted her Sean Penn-starring flick despite the temporary discomfort. Johnson plays a woman who opens up to Penn's cab driver from JFK airport in Daddio.

Daddio producer Johnson also acted. She keeps her personal life secret off-screen. Her 2020 emerald ring sparked rumors of a secret engagement with Chris Martin, whom she has been dating since 2017. The pair has never announced their engagement, despite these rumors.

One source informed Life & Style that Johnson is wary of marriage. "While Dakota loves Chris, she's not sure about marriage," the insider said, noting her parents Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson's many divorces. Johnson claims that "a piece of paper doesn't necessarily change anything."

Formerly married to Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin, 47, is friends with her. Paltrow, married to Brad Falchuk, called Johnson "an adorable, wonderful person."

Despite their unconfirmed plans, Paltrow is actively organizing Johnson and Martin's wedding, sources say. "Gwyneth's become the ultimate bridezilla, and it's not even her wedding!" said the insider.
