The charming actress of Kannada films Thavarina Siri, Aishwarya (the debut of Deepika Padukone), Bhagwan, Gaalipata was not seen for a long time due to personal reasons.

Daisy Boppanna underwent a surgery and kept away from tinsel town for nearly one year. She found a Hindi film in her second innings that is ‘United’ based on a bank robbery. Now she ill be seen in Kannada film again opposite Ramesh Aravind in ‘Maaya’ that went on the floors on Wednesday at Kanteeravs studios.

Looking very beautiful after losing eight kilograms Daisy reiterated her stand that she is not for ‘spicy’ roles. In fact I don’t like that word she explained.

In ‘Maaya’ she plays the role of an assistant director to Ramesh Aravind who is acting as director in the film. This is a comedy cum horror movie and according to my knowledge no one has tried out this kind of subject says the confident looking Daisy.
