Dabangg to hit theatres on September 10

After a patch work in Mumbai which starts from June 16, Salman’s ‘Dabangg’ will be ready for the audience. The shooting of the film where ‘Salman’ plays a negative character is complete.

Produced by Arbaaz Khan, the movie also introduces Sonakshi Sinha (daughter of veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha). ‘Dev D’ fame Mahi Gill is also amongst the main leads and the movie is directed by Abhinav Kashyap.

Though the makers have announced its release but there’s uncertainty regarding its fate in the south market as Salman attended the IIFA awards despite warnings by the South lobby of a boycott. ‘Kites’ has already faced the ire.
