D.Imman known as the melody king of Tamil cinema is one of the leading music directors who has his own fan following. His very debut movie was Thalapathy Vijay's 'Thamizhan' and he has worked with all the top heroes such as Rajinikanth, Ajith Kumar, Vikram, Suriya, Madhavan, Karthi, Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi.

On the personal front D. Imman was married to Monicka Richard for twelve years before divorcing a couple of years back. Their daughters Blessica and Veronica now live with thier mother. In 2022 Imman got married to Amelia the daughter of late Tamil actor Ubald. Amelia has a daughter from a previous marriage and Imman welcomed her as his third child.

D.Imman's upcoming films include Vijay Antony's 'Valli Maiyil' directed by Suseenthiran and 'Kazhuvethi Moorkkan' directed by SY Gowthama Raj and starring Arulnithi and Dushara Vijayan.
