C.V.Kumar’s ‘Maayavan’ release date out

C.V.Kumar who is known as a producer is turning director with his maiden directorial venture ‘Maayavan’. The film which is touted to be a science fiction thriller flavoured with crime features Sundeep Kishan and Lavanya Tripathi in the lead roles.

Even though the film was launched February last year, the film’s release was stalled as it was issued a red card. As Gopuram Films of Anbuchezhian (who has absconded now )recently lifted the red card off ‘Maayavan’, the film is gearing up for a release. According to the information revealed by the makers, ‘Maayavan’ is set to hit the screens this December 14.

‘Maayavan’ also has an ensemble cast of Daniel Balaji, Jackie Shroff, Jeyaprakash, Bhagavathi Perumal, Akshara Gowda as well.  Ghibran has composed the music score for this movie which is being bankrolled by Thirukumaran Entertainment.
