Currency, gold, etc. have been smuggled in uncanny ways.  Smugglers have resorted to the eeriest ways possible in their endeavour to outwit authorities in different countries.

What CISF has discovered at the Delhi Airport earlier this week is remarkable.  About R 45 lakh was being smuggled into India and this money was hidden in peanuts and biscuits.  Some of the currency was concealed in cooked mutton pieces, Economic Times has reported.

The money was being smuggled by Murad Alam, an Indian, who was travelling to Dubai by flight.  The riyal of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait were found in biscuits, etc. Euros, too, have been recovered from the smuggler.
