The dates June 14 and 15 are really Tollywood's hot favourites this year. The Eid weekend has been much sought-after. Quite a few important releases couldn't be had in Summer. Thus, the makers were zeroing in on Eid.

However, the weekend has already seen two postponements, both of which are thrillers. 'Savyasachi', starring Naga Chaitanya in the role of an ambidextrous person, is out of the race. The Chandoo Mondeti directorial will release only in July. 'Saakshyam', the supernatural thriller, too won't be coming on June 14. Large-scale VFX works are causing delay.

If two thrillers are not coming, two love stories are there for the Eid weekend. 'Naa Nuvve', starring Nandamuri Kalyan Ram and Tamannaah Bhatia in lead roles, is scheduled to be released on June 14. 'Sammohanam', starring Sudheer Babu and Aditi Rao Hydari, is the other release. Both promise to be mature love stories. And both have strong roles for their respective female leads, played by acclaimed performers.
