Krishnappa Gowtham is a Karnataka cricketer who made his international debut for India earlier this year. In February, Gowtham was bought by the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL auction ahead of the 2021 IPL. He made his international ODI debut on 23 July 2021, for India against Sri Lanka.

Today, Gowtham announced that he is expecting a baby with his wife Archana Sundar in 2022 January. The all-rounder announced the happy news through his official Instagram by sharing pictures from a recent photoshoot. The couple appeared in black outfits and CSK jerseys in the photos.

Krishnappa looked dapper in a black shirt and trousers and his wife looked all pretty in a black dress. Also, the couple posed with the baby bump in the Chennai Super Kings jerseys. Meanwhile, One of the pictures showed the cricketer and his wife holding an ultrasound image of the growing fetus.

Sharing the happy news along with the photos, Gowtham captioned his post, "We are brewing a little miracle! Our hearts are filled with gratitude and joy as we eagerly await the arrival of our little wonder in January 2022 #newbeginning #gratitude #blessed #whentwobecomethree"
