Crystal McKinney, a Georgia model and TV personality, filed an increasingly bizarre lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs. McKinney claims she stored her dirty clothes from the attack night in a plastic bag for nearly 20 years.
"The McKinney complaint pleads assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Combs had allegedly drugged and molested her in 2003. A fashion designer invited McKinney to a New York City Men's Fashion Week event at age 22 to meet Combs and further her modeling career. The designer outfitted her to capture Combs' attention.
Then, at Cipriani Downtown, Diddy approached her, admired her, informed her he was able to take her career further, and ordered her to be in his studio that evening.
At some point while at Combs's studio, he offered McKinney a joint that contained something that made her feel ill. Combs compelled her to eat and smoke more, despite her resistance. While she was drunk, Combs even had her kiss him and perform oral sex in a toilet. McKinney had passed out and come around in a taxi, returning to the clothing designer's flat, weeping and disoriented.
McKinney said Combs exploited his industry power to silence her, which led to her career decline. The accusations against Diddy are mounting again. His ex-girlfriend, Cassie, accused him of raping her and causing her years of abuse, including forcing her to have sexual relations with male prostitutes. Last year, Diddy's out-of-court settlement with Cassie prompted other victims to come forward.
Diddy, for his part, denied the allegations by saying, "Enough is enough." I have been free from false accusations for the past three weeks. A witness who sought a swift resolution blatantly lied against me.
