Crisis solved for memorial

The internal crisis that dogged the commencement of the Dr Vishnuvardhana Memorial work on two acres of land adjacent to Abhiman Studio has been solved on Monday morning at a meeting in Kanteerava studios.

Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana, Kanteerava studios director NR Vishukumar, Abhiman Studio proprietors Ganesh and his relatives were present at the meeting.

The government of Karnataka acquired two acres of Abhimani Studio on Mysore Road after the demise of Dr Vishnuvardhana for the memorial construction. But the Abhimani Studio property owners – sons and daughters of late actor TN Balakrishna had some problems. The government announced Rs.2 crores for two acres of land to the family members. Then the problem started inside the family circles of late Balakrishna.

At the meeting on Monday the decks were cleared for the Dr Vishnuvardhana Memorial as all the members of Balakrishna family agreed to sign the registration papers on 23rd of this month.

Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana feeling relieved with this crisis getting over said very shortly the ‘Bhoomi Pooje’ and memorial work will begin. The FTI branch coming up at this place is one of the main agendas disclosed Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana.

Actor Anirudh, producer Vijayakumar accompanied Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana to the meeting.
