CPI national general secretary K Narayana, after attacking Chiranjeevi and Jr NTR (for meeting Amit Shah) in recent weeks, has these days been making critical comments on Big Boss and its host Akkineni Nagarjuna. He held a presser earlier this month and railed against the reality show. 

Narayana said that the Bigg Boss house has become a brothel-like setting. He referred to the host Nag asking a male and a female contestant to tight hug in front of the camera. Narayana didn't know that the duo is a married couple, and that Nag wanted the duo to show warmth for each other. Hitting back at the politician, the host recently said, on air, that Narayana needs to know that they are married.

Later, Narayana chose to further keep the controversy alive. He said that his critical observation is valid because the rest of the contestants on the show are not married couples and yet they are encouraged to live in physical proximity to each other. 

The CPI leader wants Nag to stay away from the reality show, which is too unorthodox for his sensibilities.
