COVID-19: Woman fakes cough, a grocery store faces loss of Rs 25 lakh!

At a time when there is an alarming rise in the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the United States, a Grocery store there had to give up Rs 25 lakhs worth of food items after a woman intentionally coughed, sparking coronavirus fears.
The supermarket owner shared the news with the world through their Facebook page. The unnamed woman entered small grocery chain Gerrity's Supermarket and started coughing on produce, bakery items, meat and other merchandise, chain, said the store's co-owner Joe Fasula.
Staff quickly removed her from the store and called Police, who found her a few hours later and took her into custody. The woman told the police that she was just kidding. But since there is no confirmation that the woman is infected with the virus or not, the store had to completely dispose and disinfect the shop.
With the food supply facing a crisis in most parts of the world, the woman's prank is receiving flak on social media.
