Union Minister of State for External Affairs and Kerala BJP leader V Muraleedharan is in a self-quarantine in Trivandrum. Reports say that he recently came in contact with a doctor who has since tested positive for Coronavirus.
"The Minister attended a meeting in a medical institute in Trivandrum on March 14. A doctor there who returned from Spain tested positive for COVID 19 on March 15," ANI says.
Muraleedharan is perhaps the first political bigshot to isolate himself as a suspect in the wake of the contact tracing of a confirmed case of COVID-19.
