The Telangana government's latest health bulletin has unveiled the names of Hyderabad's 92 active containment zones The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) zones have been made a mention in a lengthy Covid-19 bulletin in the view of the Telangana High Court directing the government to be transparent.

The Charminar territory has got 31 zones. This is the one zone that has got the highest tally of containment zones in the capital city.

The Secunderabad zone has got 23 zones. Also including the list are zones from Khairatabad, Kukatpally, LB Nagar, and Serilingampally.

As many as 1,610 new coronavirus cases were reported from Sunday 8 pm to Monday 8 pm, bringing the cumulative tally to 57,142 cases in the State.

Active cases are 13,753 in number. The bulletin says that 3,79,081 samples have been tested so far.
