Court's decision on S.Ve.Shekher's arrest

S.Ve.Shekher was recently in the news for all the wrong reasons for his insensitive social page post over the issue of a female journalist patted on the cheek by the governor. A case was filed against him and it was expected that he could be arrested any time.
Further the High Court had postponed the hearing of Shekher’s anticipatory bail and no objection orders as to his arrest was issued. When the case came for a hearing again today, the high court questioned the police as to why S.Ve.Shekher hasn’t been arrested as of yet and instructed the police to do the same and start an investigation. In addition to this, the court also postponed the next hearing to a later unnannounced date.
