Ban on 'Puli'? Details about Court's crucial decision

We had reported earlier that a certain Anbu Rajasekhar had filed a petition in the Thanjavur court seeking a ban on Vijay's Puli' in connection with another case he had filed in 2014 that A.R. The case came up for hearing yesterday and judge issued orders to send notices to Vijay and Murugadoss to reply and adjourned the case to October 7th and since there was no mention about stopping the release of Puli' it can be safely assumed that there will be no roadblock from this case on October 1st when the most awaited film of the year will release as planned.
