Court reserves order in Ilayaraja 75 issue!

TFPC has been working in full swing, and is leaving no stones unturned, as the industry is gearing up to celebrate one of the greatest legends of musical industry Isaignani Ilayaraja's 75th birthday and his achievements in the industry with a grand 2 day event named Ilayaraja 75 on February 2 and 3 at YMCA.
The event faced trouble as last week a civil suit was filed by producer J Sathish Kumar of JSK films and Radhakrishnan who had alleged that there was misappropriation of funds, and as the court had ordered TFPC to submit records on funds spent and received, they had also demanded the council to deposit 7 crores security amount.
The hearing of this case had come before the bench headed by justice Kalyanasundaram, and Vice President Senguttuvel was present, with Krishna Ravindran and Charles Darwin appearing as counsel for TFPC. They argued that the accusations were made based on assumptions and presumptions and submitted the details of the event including the contract details. They also submitting the audit report of the previous financial year, adding that the audit reports for this financial year will be filed on March 3. Following this, the judge after listening to the arguments from both the sides, has reserved the orders.
