Court asks TN Government to clarify on 'Vivegam' issue

Meanwhile, one Devarjan has filed a public interest litigation against theaters screening the movie alleging that they have charged high rates for tickets between rupees 200 to 500. He had also prayed for the court to slap a fine of 1 lakh rupees on the 28 theaters in Tamil Nadu.
The judge asked the Tamil Nadu government to reply regarding this before the 11th of September and notices have also been served to the alleged theaters.
