Actor Kamal Haasan is back to shooting for Shankar's Indian 2, which had been launched in January and was started after a huge delay in August. The movie is produced by Lyca Productions and also stars Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Vivek, Kajal Aggarwal and many others.

After initially shooting in Chennai, Rajahmundry and many other locations in specially designed sets, the team of Indian 2 will be next shooting a grand action sequence in Bhopal and it has been said that this scene alone will be costing around 40 crores and will involve 2000 artists.

This scene will be choreographed by the national award winning master Peter Hein, and after the shoot of this scene, the team will shoot the flashback portions in Taiwan and Europe. Kamal Haasan will be returning as the 90 year old Senapathi who fights corruption in Indian 2 which has music by Anirudh.
