With people all over the world being terror stricken with the effects of the killer Coronavirus, which has caused numerous deaths besides affecting the lifestyle of people, a popular actress who has acted in Tamil and Malayalam movies has postponed her wedding celebrations.

Actress Utthara Unni, who has acted in the Tamil movie Vavval Pasanga, besides many Malayalam movies had been engaged to Nitesh Nair. With their wedding scheduled to take place next month, Utthara has posted on Instagram that the couple has decided to postpone the wedding celebrations due to Corona, and that the Thaali kettu ceremony will happen in a temple. She has also said that she will keep posted about the celebration dates.

Utthara has posted " As the world is going through an epidemic outbreak of the corona virus, we have decided to postpone our wedding celebrations until the situation calms down. We regret to inform this to everyone who had booked their tickets in advance to join our joyous events.

However we will be having the ritualistic Thaali-kettu ceremony in the temple on the same date. Will keep you all posted about the coming dates. Everyone please stay safe and take good care of yourselves. Wishing the world a speedy recovery."
