Copy right issue, Kites release might be postponed?

This has now become a regular occurrence in Bollywood and in succession for the ÂRoshansÂ, previously their film ÂKrazzy 4 faced legal issues just before its release and now ÂKites is caught in the copy right trouble.
The Bihar City Civil Court has ordered a stay on the film till Roshan and Happy Hours Entertainment officials appear before the court on May 24.
This order follows a case being filed by Laxmi Prasad of Sunbeam Holdings alleging non-receipt of amount due to them for selling the copy right of the action scenes amounting to approximately Rs 10 cr, to which the Rakesh Roshan had apparently agreed to pay approximately half the sum. However, sources associated with the film are confident that the film will be going ahead with it release on May 21, but have refused to comment on the progress of the case as the matter is still pending in court.
