Controversial video lands Prakash Raj in trouble

Prakash Raj is in the news not for any great performance but for allegedly making offensive comments during a talk show. A video clip doing the rounds on the Internet has led to much trolling on social media. The video pertains to 2018 but the controversy is fresh.
In the video, Prakash Raj is heard mouthing sweeping statements: "I am not comfortable with Ram Leelas being performed in public to appease (the majority community). Three models fly in from Bombay, donning the get-ups of Ram, Sita and Lakshman. And these are revered in (government-sponsored) Ram Leela events. This instills fear in minorities."
When the host asks the actor why he should have any problem when people are voting for the parties that perform Ram Leela events, Prakash Raj sensationally asks: "Will you let a child who watches child porn do whatever he wants to do?"
He then says, "If you are worshipping an idol in your house, it's culture. But doing nataks in public is not our culture".
The host, surprised by Prakash Raj's self-styled commentary, asks, "Who are you to decide what is culture?"
At this, the actor shoots back, saying, "I am very clear what is culture, what is not". Probably, Prakash Raj is a die-hard fan of Communist dictators. He decides everything for the rest of the world!
