A launch sans fanfare

Gopichand is a hero who doesn’t show off too much. He believes in quiet and dignified launches. It was a facet that came to the fore at the launch of his new movie yesterday.

In fact, the launch was so simple that it was done at a temple in Hyderabad.

The movie is directed by Uday Shankar. It is a name that those who remember Kalisundam Raa will remember. He was the one who directed that.

The new movie that was launched yesterday has Meera Jasmine as heroine.

Gopichand whose next release Ranam is almost ready is hoping that this movie will cement his place as a hero in the industry.

For Meera Jasmine, this is another important movie. Her last release Bhadra was a hit. So she comes with a lot of reputation to live up to.

G V G Raju, who made Toliprema, produces this film.
